摘    要:目的探讨原花青素对运动训练大鼠心肌组织丙二醛、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、一氧化氮和一氧化氮舍酶表达的影响。方法SD雄性健康大鼠30只,随机分为3组:安静对照组10只、运动对照组10只、运动加药组10只;后两组进行为期8w的跑台训练,建立大强度耐力训练模型。结果与运动对照组相比,运动加药组大鼠各项指标均有不同程度的改善,自由基损伤得到有效抑制。结论原花青素对运动训练导致的心肌自由基过度产生有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of procyanidine on the contents of MDA,SOD and GSH-Px and the expression of NO and NOS system in the trained-indurance rat myocardium.Methods Thirty male healthy SD rats were randomized into 3 groups,namely,the control group(A),exercise group(B) and exercise added procyanidine group(C) with 10 rats in each group.To establish the high-intensity and endurance-trained model for 8 weeks.The contents of MDA,SOD,GSH-Px,NOS and NO were tested.Results Compared with exercise group,all above mentioned parameters in exercise added procyanidine group have notable changes.Conclusion Procyanidine has significant inhibitory effect on myocardium of ischemia-reperfusion injury.
