| 摘 要： | 以新工科发展为契机,为更好发挥专业选修课在培养生物工程专业合格人才中的作用,针对《有机酸工艺学》专业选修课程教学中存在的问题,文章从明确课程的教学目标、更新教材内容、革新教学手段等层面进行教学探索,以满足高等教育培养适应时代潮流、符合国家和社会大发展需要的应用型人才的要求。

| Abstract: | Taking the advantage of"Emerging Engineering Education",in order to help subject electives develop a larger impact on cultivating qualified talents in bioengineering,this article explores the teaching reform of the course"Organic Acid Technology"in the aspects of teaching objective,teaching contents and teaching methods.This exploration hopes to meet the requirements of higher education to cultivate application-oriented talents that are adapted to the trend of the times and meet the needs of national and social development. |
