基于MOOC的“三位一体”教学模式在微生物学实验教学中的应用研究

摘    要:微生物学实验是高等院校生命科学及其相关专业的一门必修课。文章主要介绍以MOOC教育资源为媒体、以课堂教学为引导、以实验课堂为平台的“三位一体”教学模式在微生物学实验课程教学中的实践,形成“以学生为中心”的教学理念。结果表明,该教学模式能有效提高课堂教学质量,促进学生自主学习,培养学生的实践能力和创新精神,为新时代生物方面创新人才的培养奠定基础。

Abstract:Microbiological experiment is a compulsory course in life science and related majors of higher education.The"Three-in-One"teaching mode which conbined the MOOC education resources for the media,the classroom teaching as the guide,and the experimental class as the platform was applied in microbiology experiment course teaching.It could form the student-centered teaching philosophy.It was shown that the teaching model could effectively improve the quality of classroom teaching,promote students autonomic learning,and cultivate students practical ability and initiative spirit.It could lay the groundwork for training biological innovative talents in a new era.
