高职学生职业核心能力与第二课堂的相关性研究

摘    要:当前高职学生的职业核心能力在第一课堂的培养下,并没有显著提升。通过问卷调查表明经过第二课堂培养的学生的职业核心能力会明显高出没有经过第二课堂培养的学生,证明第二课堂与高职学生的职业核心能力有较大的相关性。根据以上结果提出将第二课堂合理引入高职学生职业核心能力培养的措施,以期能够使高职学生职业核心能力得到有效提升。

Abstract:The current vocational core competence of higher vocational students has not been significantly improved under the cultivation of the first class.The results of the questionnaire show that the students who have been trained in the second class have significantly higher vocational core competence than the students who have not been trained in the second class.It proves that the second class has a great correlation with vocational core competence of higher vocational students.According to the above results,the measures of reasonably introducing the second classroom into the cultivation of vocational core competence of higher vocational students are put forward in order to effectively improve the vocational core competence of higher vocational students.
