摘    要:行为金融学是高等院校金融、金融数学等专业的一门重要专业课程,可以帮助学生了解金融市场中一些经典金融学不能解释的现象,培养学生运用行为科学的思想理解金融市场中的市场异象。作为金融从业人员,企业在用人过程中对员工的高操作性的要求,需要金融课程在教学过程中充分实现理论与实践的完美结合。因此,行为金融学这门课程的教学方法及教学模式的改革与创新一直是教育者们在努力奋斗的目标。论文中,作者根据自己在行为金融学教学过程中的实践,总结出校企联合培养模式下此课程的几条教学模式意见。

Abstract:Behavioral finance is an important course in finance,finance mathematics and so on in colleges and universities.It can help students to understand some phenomena which can't be explained by classical finance in financial market.Train students to use behavioral science to understand market anomalies in financial markets.As a financial practitioner,it is necessary for enterprises to fully realize the perfect combination of theory and practice in the course of teaching because of the high operational requirements of employees in the process of employment.Therefore,the reform and innovation of the teaching method and teaching mode of Behavioral Finance has always been the goal of the educators.In this article,the author according to his own the practice in the teaching process of behavioral finance summarizes several suggestions on the teaching mode of this course under the mode of joint training between school and enterprise.
