| 摘 要： | 网络时代的来临、新媒体等事物的出现对高校的思想政治工作产生了巨大的影响,使高校思想政治教育工作者面临许多新的问题和挑战,这就对我们的思政工作者个人素质水平、岗位职业能力等提出了较高的要求。文章以新时期高校思政教师队伍建设为研究对象,结合当今社会发展新时期的一系列变化对高校思政教师队伍建设工作中存在的问题进行了深入的探究,并有针对性地提出了新时期高校思政教师队伍建设的意见和建议。希望借助此次研究能够对切实提升高校思政教师队伍质量具有一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | The advent of the Internet age,the emergence of new media and other things have had a tremendous impact on the ideological and political work of colleges and universities,and the ideological and political education workers in colleges and universities need to face many new problems and challenges.This is for our ideological and political workers.The quality level,job ability and other requirements put forward higher requirements.This paper takes the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities as the research object in the new era,and combines a series of changes in the new era of social development to conduct in-depth exploration of the problems existing in the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities,and to provide opinions and suggestions. |
