| 摘 要： | 在大学生就业形势日趋严峻的大背景下,高校共青团组织如何更好地服务于大学生就业指导工作,是个重要的课题。高校共青团应当从党中央重要指示为指导思想,通过团员教育、校园文化、特色活动等多种形式,培养在校大学生树立科学的就业观,学习择业就业技巧,提高竞争能力,在高校大学生就业指导工作中发挥积极作用。

| Abstract: | Under the background of the increasingly severe employment situation of college students,how the Communist Youth League of universities can serve the career guidance of university graduates better is an important issue.The Communist Youth League of universities should take the important guidance of the Party Central Committee as the guiding ideology,train college students in colleges and universities to establish a scientific concept of employment,learn career choice and employment skills,improve their competitiveness,and provide guidance for college graduates in employment.All of these are to make the Communist Youth League to play an active role in the employment guidance of college students. |
