摘    要:为进一步深化学校人才培养模式改革,全面提高人才培养质量,中国矿业大学(北京)从2015年开始全面推行实施本科生全程导师制,从“入学教育与导师分配”“定期召开座谈会”“开展学习实践教育”“因材施教,施行科学专业的个性化引导”“注重创新意识和创业能力的培养”“加强德育教育”“重视心理疏导和安全教育”等七个方面开展工作。本科生全程导师制的实施不但提升了导师的专业知识素养和指导能力,也极大促进了本科生全面个性化健康发展,实现了教研融合和师生相长,为今后学校“双一流”大学本科人才培养质量的提升奠定了坚实的基础。

Abstract:In order to further deepen the reformof talent training pattern and comprehensively improve the quality of undergraduate talent training,China University of Mining&Technology(Beijing)has implemented the undergraduate whole tutorial system comprehensively since 2015.We carried out the work from seven aspects,involving"entrance education and tutor allocation","holding symposiums regularly","carrying out learning practice education","implementing personalized guidance scientifically and professionally in accordance of their aptitude","paying attention to the cultivation of innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability","strengthening moral education","attaching great importance to psychological counseling and safety education".Not only did the implementation of undergraduate whole tutorial system improve tutors'professional knowledge perfection and guidance ability,but also greatly promoted the comprehensive personalized and healthy development of undergraduates.It also brought about the integration of teaching and scientific research and the progress of teachers and undergraduates,and laid a solid foundation for the improvement of the quality of"Double First-Class"university talent training in the future.
