| 摘 要： | 临床实习是医学生向医生转变的重要过程,也是培养医学生人文精神的重要阶段。目前,我国医学教育强调医学生应该具备的专业素养,而忽视对其进行人文关怀精神的培养。通过对中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院妇产科实习生进行生命价值观探讨、同理心和换位思考的培养、礼貌用语的使用、患者心理洞悉和沟通技巧的培养等,提高实习生的医学人文素养,改善实习生的医患沟通效果。

| Abstract: | Clinical practice is an important process for medical students to change to doctors,and it is also an important stage to cultivate humanistic spirit of medical students.At present,medical education in our country emphasizes the professional accomplishment of medical students,but neglects the cultivation of humanistic care spirit.By discussing the life values of humans、the cultivation of empathy and consideration for others,the use of polite language,the psychological insight of patients and the cultivation of communication skills,etc,in the gynaecology and obstetrics interns in Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University,we improved the medical humanities of interns,improved the effectiveness of communication between doctors and patients. |
