| 摘 要： | 辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高等学校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者。辅导员要强化思想理论教育和价值引领,要成为学生的人生导师和健康成长的知心朋友,作为沟通学校和学生桥梁的辅导员,在大学生的人生中起着关键性作用。这就要求辅导员不断提升自身综合能力素质,这样才能当好学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。

| Abstract: | Counselors are the backbone of carrying out ideological and political education for college students.They are the organizers,implementers and instructors of daily ideological and political education and management for college students.Counselors should strengthen ideological and theoretical education and value guidance,become life mentors and intimate friends for students'healthy growth,and play a key role in college students'life as a bridge between school and students.This requires counselors to constantly improve their comprehensive ability and quality,so as to be a good guide and guide for the healthy growth of students. |
