| 摘 要： | 参军大学生作为爱国主义教育的骨干力量,构建其培养体系,有助于激发高校学生爱国情怀。大学生群体在应征入伍以及退伍复学的过程中,面临着学业、心理和就业等一系列问题。从参军大学生的组织机构建设、学业精准帮扶、校园文化开展、爱国教育推进四个层面疏通培育途径,打造教育、服务、管理三位一体的培育体系。以点带面,对普通高校学生群体的爱国情怀辐射影响,形成示范引领效果。

| Abstract: | As the backbone of patriotism education,the construction of the training system of military college students is helpful to stimulate the patriotism of college students.College students are faced with a series of problems,such as academic,psychological and employment,in the process of recruiting and returning to school.It dredges the cultivation ways fromfour aspects:organizational structure construction,academic precise assistance,campus culture development and patriotic education promotion,and builds a three-in-one cultivation system of education,service and management.It radiates the patriotismof college students and forms a demonstration leading effect. |
