| 摘 要： | 学生晚点名制度是辅导员做好思想政治和安全稳定工作,保证学校平稳发展,促进学生全面进步的重要途径和特色载体。为适应不同年级学生自身发展的需要,文章阐述了完善各年级学生晚点名制度的理论,根据不同学生的不同年级,晚点名内容的侧重点亦有所不同,从而将学生晚点名制度科学化、系统化、规范化。

| Abstract: | The system of late roll call for students is an important way and characteristic carrier for counselors to do a good job in Ideological and political work,to ensure the smooth development of schools and to promote the overall progress of students.In order to meet the needs of students'self-development in different grades,this paper expounds the theory of perfecting the system of late roll call for students in different grades.According to different grades of students,the emphasis of late roll content is also different,so as to make the system of late roll for students scientific,systematic and standardized. |
