| 摘 要： | 高职院校辅导员主要负责学生的思想政治教育和日常生活管理,在以培养高技能型人才为目标的高职教育过程中发挥着重要作用,文章分别从新时期高职院校辅导员职业定位、高职辅导员的职能定位、高职班主任的现状和高职辅导员自身能力培养四个方面探讨提高高职院校辅导员职业能力的有效策略。

| Abstract: | The counselors of higher vocational colleges are mainly responsible for the students'ideological and political education and daily life management.They play an important role in the process of cultivating high-skilled talents.The articles are from the new era of higher vocational college counselors.Occupational orientation,the functional orientation of higher vocational counselors,the status quo of higher vocational class teachers and the ability of higher vocational counselors to explore the effective strategies to improve the professional ability of counselors in higher vocational colleges. |
