| 摘 要： | 随着“一带一路”进程的不断推进,打造适应其发展的高素质专业型人才成为迫切课题,高职院校的心理专业人才成为培育的核心,所以高职院校需要明确“一带一路”下心理专业人才的需求特点,从多方面探究心理专业人才的培养路径。文章就心理学以及心理专业人才概述和高职院校心理专业人才的培养路径展开说明分析。
