| Abstract: | This paper takes the experimental course to make leaf vein bookmarks as an example to explore the experimental method,and innovates the three steps of leaf selection,mesophyll corrosion and mesophyll removal,so as to make the students have initiative and be interested in it,and promote the knowledge system of theory-experiment-theory of students. |
