| 摘 要： | 习近平总书记在党的十九大报告中指出,创新是引领发展的第一动力。我国自改革开放以来,各方面取得了巨大的成就,但也暴露出一些社会矛盾,例如悬殊的贫富差距、日益严峻的恐怖问题等。大学校园作为培养社会人才的基地和社会的缩影,不可避免地出现了上述社会矛盾。加之,现在大学生生活条件优越,安全观念意识淡薄,面对突入而来的安全问题束手无策,因此,高校安全教育对学生的引导和教育作用显得越发关键和重要。同时,高校为了满足自身发展的需要,不断扩大招生规模,建立新校区。然而新校区的选址一般考虑在人员较少的城乡接合部,并形成多校区多层次办学格局,导致了校园及周边环境的复杂化和校园后勤管理社会化的局面。因此,高校学生安全教育工作与维持高校正常生活、学习秩序,及师生人身安全密切相关,是高校发展建设的重要组成部分。高校亟须着重加强安全教育工作,提高师生的安全防范能力,以预防校园安全事故的发生。

| Abstract: | In his report to the 19th National Congress of the CPC,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that innovation is the primary driving force for development.Since China's reform and opening up,great achievements have been made in various aspects,but some social contradictions have also been exposed,such as the huge gap between the rich and the poor,and the increasingly serious terrorist problems.As the base of cultivating social talents and the miniature of society,the university campus inevitably produces the above-mentioned social contradictions.In addition,college students now have superior living conditions,weak awareness of safety concepts,and are at a loss what to do in the face of emerging safety problems.Therefore,safety education in colleges and universities is becoming more and more critical and important in guiding and educating students.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of their own development,colleges and universities continue to expand the enrollment scale and establish new campuses.However,the location of the new campus is generally considered in the urban and rural areas with fewer personnel,and forms a multi-campus multi-level education pattern,which leads to the complex campus and surrounding environment and the socialization of campus logistics management.Therefore,the safety education of college students is closely related to the maintenance of normal life and learning order in colleges and universities,as well as the personal safety of teachers and students,and is an important part of the development and construction of colleges and universities.It is urgent for colleges and universities to strengthen safety education and improve the safety prevention ability of teachers and students so as to prevent the occurrence of campus safety accidents. |
