| 摘 要： | 新媒体使用过程中,大学生是主要群体之一,呈现出独特的特点,人际交往虚拟化、传统社会化方式改变以及自主性的增强,因此对大学生管理工作提出新的挑战,新媒体环境使大学生管理工作面临网络非正式群体、教育者权威降低以及价值多元的困境,在此背景下创新大学生管理工作成为当务之急。

| Abstract: | In the process of using new media,college students are one of the main groups,showing unique characteristics,the virtualization of interpersonal communication,the change of traditional socialization and the enhancement of autonomy.Therefore,new challenges are put forward to the management of college students.The new media environment makes the management of college students face the dilemma of informal groups on the network,the reduction of authority of educators and the pluralistic value.In this context It is urgent to innovate the management of college students. |
