| 摘 要： | 腐败与反腐败是政治生活中的一个永恒主题。一个良好的制度能够有效地防治腐败的滋生与蔓延,这已经是形成共识的一项应对腐败的措施。由财产个人申报制度进而过渡到金融实名制并参考国际经验进行相应的制度设计,将是未来反腐败措施的发展方向。

| Abstract: | Corruption and anti-corruption is an eternal subject in political life.A fine system is able to prevent and cure the propagation and the spread of the corruption,which already has compassed a commonsense about the way against corruption.Transition from individual property declaration to finance name reality system,and making international experience as reference to carry out corresponding systemdesign,will be future direction of the development of anti-corruption measures.This article stresses the method of how to trans it the system from individual property declaration to finance name reality and gives some special attention to illustrate how to carry out and make the finance name reality system to be efficient and effective. |
