| 摘 要： | 通过对20个省、市、自治区25所高师体育院系体操教学改革情况的调查研究发现，当前体操教学改革中存在着三大误区，既重时尚、轻传统。重形式、轻实用性。重教师指导、轻能力培养。本研究旨在揭示误区的成因及危害，提出了解决的办法与对策。为进一步深化体操教学改革提供理论依据。
