| 摘 要： | 青少年体育俱乐部是学校体育的延伸，是学校体育、社会体育一体化的初步体现。为了保持青少年体育俱乐部公益性的效益，行政主管部门除了加强监管力度，给予引导和支持外，还应与其他相关部门沟通，共同努力尽快为青少年体育俱乐部出台专门的法律、法规或政策文件，使其有一个明确的法律地位，以便于俱乐部今后的发展和对俱乐部的管理。在对俱乐部的管理上，主管部门可以将依托在学校的体育俱乐部“化零为整”进行整合，加强交流与合作，形成自己的品牌，用现代营销理念激活学校体育资源，强化其龙头作用.
