| 摘 要： | 调查显示,目前我国开办档案学专业的高校分布比较均匀；培养层次以本科为基础,以硕士为重点；学生招收规模小,就业率高；教师数量稳定,素质提升；课程内容呈现多元特色；教师成为档案学研究主力.现存的主要问题有:招生规模与地域分布有增长与优化的空间；课程体系缺乏稳定性与协调性；教师队伍学缘结构有待优化；科研成果质量受到一定质疑....
