对负重半蹲快速起练习中下肢肌肉的表面肌电特点研究

摘    要:采用文献资料、测量等方法对负重半蹲快速起练习进行表面肌电测量研究,研究结果表明负重半蹲快速起练习主要能够训练的肌肉为股四头肌、腓肠肌。教练员要根据需要选用不同的训练方法,才能使训练更具有针对性。

Abstract:Mainly use the methods of literature and measurement, this article studied SEMG of quickly uprise while load and half - squat exercise, results shows that quickly uprise while load and half - squat exercise can mainly training the muscles of musculi quadriceps femoris (inboard), gastrocnemius and musculi quadriceps femoris (outboard). The coach must know what muscles important in special technique so the trainer can select the more effective training methods.
