| 摘 要： | 现代社会中的学校体育必须要适应社会的需要，不能单纯的以教会学生基本技术，动作，知识为主，而要在培养学生“终身体育”的思想指导下，提高学生兴趣，调动学生学习的积极性，培养学生的社会能力，竞争能力，创新能力和实践能力。
