| 摘 要： | 科研工作者的不端行为作为一种社会公害,不仅严重破坏科研工作者的形象,干扰正常科研工作秩序,还对社会风气产生不良影响,已引起人们的高度重视。本文在科研工作者不端行为的主要表现和危害的基础上,通过分析科研工作者产生不端行为的原因,初步提出综合治理的途径和方法,以期对减少乃至铲除不端行为有所贡献。
