| 摘 要： | 师生冲突作为师生互动的一种常态,逐渐被人们所认识并接受。然而,师生冲突对教育教学活动的开展会产生不利的影响。研究师生人际冲突问题及解决,有助于我们理性地应对师生冲突,尽可能避免师生冲突负面效应的产生,从而为教育教学活动的顺利进行提供必要的保障和营造良好的环境。

| Abstract: | As the normality of the interaction between teachers and students,the conflict between them is accepted by many people.But its adverse factors make harmful effect on education.Therefore,we should find out the root cause of the conflict.Simultaneously,how to reduce the conflict and contradiction between the teachers and students and make the balance relationship between them is so important.Found the solution of the conflict then we can ensure the proceeding of the education smoothly. |
