| 摘 要： | 通过对草根体育组织典型性案例——厦足球联盟的调查研究,揭示草根体育组织的自主治理机制在形成过程中所遇到的问题和阻力.研究认为,我国草根体育组织的蓬勃发展是社会发展的客观需求,既有现实土壤,亦符合理论预期,但其发展过程中还存在着法律合法性困境、人力资源困境和知识困境等方面的问题.为此,应加大草根体育组织的培育与扶持力度,完善非政府组织管理法律法规体系,以促进我国草根体育组织的良性发展.

| Abstract: | A case study of the survival struggle of Xiamen Football League has revealed that the grassroots sports organization boom in China meets the need of the real world and has support in theory and in reality, but problems remain concerning legacy, talent supply and knowledge updating. More support from the government and improved laws and policies for managing non-governmental organizations will help the healthy growth of the grassroots sports organizations in China. |
