| 摘 要： | 高校实验室是培养创新精神与实践能力的重要基地。地方性综合院校运动人体科学实验室要想实现创新人才的培养，必须坚持实验教学资源开放共享的原则。湖南文理学院作为地方性综合院校，以培养适应地方经济社会发展需要，具有创新精神的应用型人才为目标。优化实验教学内容、建设实验教学资源共享网络管理系统、加强实验室开放项目建设以及实验室绩效考核等是实现开放共享的举措；同时建立多形式实验室开放体系、鼓励教师进行实验方法的改革、设立色lJ新实验室、改革考试方案等是实现创新人才培养的保证。

| Abstract: | Laboratory is the important bases of developing innovative spirit and practical ability. To realize the innovative talents, local university laboratory of human movement science must adhere to the experimental principles of open sharing of teaching resources. Hunan university of arts and science as a local comprehensive school needs to train creative and practical talents for local economic and social development. Optimizing experiments teaching contents, constructing experiments teaching resource sharing network management system, strengthening laboratory opening projects and laboratory performance evaluation and so on are to achieve open and sharing initiatives; while establishing an opening system in various forms for laboratory, encouraging teachers to reform experiment methods, establishing innovation laboratory, reforming test programs are to ensure training of creative talents. |
