| 摘 要： | 采用大学生专业承诺量表和学习投入量表对382名在校大学生进行调查。结果显示：一、大学生的专业承诺总体水平良好，且在性别、专业和年级上差异显著；二、大学生学习投入较高，且存在显著的年级和专业差异；三、大学生学习投入与专业承诺存在显著正相关。四、学习投入与解释专业承诺29％的变异，且回归系数显著。结论是：大学生学习投入能够有效预测专业承诺。

| Abstract: | The present study was to investigate the relationship between learning engagement and pro-fessional commitment. By use of the students＇ professional commitment scale and learning engagement scale, 382 undergraduate students participated in the study. Results revealed that 1 ） the overall level of students＇ professional commitment was good, and has a significant difference in terms of gender, major and grade; 2） The college students＇ learning engagement was well , and had a significant differ- ence in gender and major; 3 ） There was a significant correlation between college students learning en- gagement and professional commitment ; and 4 ） Students learning engagement could explain professional commitment 29% variance, and the regression figures were all significant. It could be concluded that learning engagement could effectively predict the professional commitment. |
