| 摘 要： | 一氧化氮（ＮＯ）是一种强扩血管物质，近年来倍受人们重视。笔者介绍了一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶（ＮＯＳ）在人体中的产生、调节及其他生物学作用，并重点综述了体育运动对ＮＯ、ＮＯＳ的影响。这些结果对深刻认识低氧训练以及训练对心血管系统的作用等有着重要参考价值。

In this article, we summarize the mechanism of production, regulation, biological action and the effect of exercise on nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase(NOS). This data is of important reference value in the study of effect on hypoxia training and exercise in cardiovascular system. |
