| 摘 要： | 域外社区体育发展有其历史根源，社区体育与娱乐计划一起承担社会责任，社区体育有一整套的法律体系、组织机构与运行机制、经费来源和工作人员等。通过对域外社区体育发展的考察，可以获得对我国社区体育建设的启示。

Foreign community sports have a integrated laws system, organization structure and operation system, source of funds and workers etc.. We can gain inspiration which help to construct our community sports from development of foreign community sports. |
