| 摘 要： | 面对目前形势下中职学生的素质状况,中等职业学校应重新认识德育的地位和作用,有针对性、有实效性地抓好学校的德育工作。改变传统中职德育的方式,在建立德育工作体系、建立党员联系班制度、进行心理健康教育、开设儒家文化课程、创新学科德育教育等方面探索现代德育教育的新模式。
