| 摘 要： | 保定作为历史文化名城,在长期的历史发展中,因为有丰富水源的滋养而蓬勃发展。在＂大水系＂建设过程中,应既注重科技创新的应用,又注意顺应保定水系原来的水文特征,既发挥主观能动性又尊重客观的水流规律,处理好用水与节水之间的关系。

| Abstract: | As a famous historical and cultural city,Baoding city has developed rapidly in the long history because the nourishment of its rich water resources.In the construction process of building Great Water System,scientific innovations should be emphasized on condition that hydrological characteristics not be destroyed,subjective initiative be released while the nature of flowing water respected,using water and saving water be balanced. |
