| 摘 要： | 战略联盟这一现代企业竞争模式改变了人类竞争的基本原则。西方战略管理思想关于竞争模式理论的认识发展过程和当代企业面临的竞争环境,说明了战略联盟产生的必然性。与独立开发、合资企业、兼并等构建核心能力的策略相比,战略联盟具有促进知识的学习,创造新机会,灵活多样等优势。新的竞争模式和企业核心能力的特点要求企业采取战略联盟策略。

| Abstract: | Strategy league, the modern enterprise competifion mode, has changed the basic principle of competition of the society. The necessity of strategy league is demonstrated in the process of study of the competition mode in the western strategy management thoughts as well as in the competition environment which modern enterprises face. Compared with other strategy such as independent development, joint venture, merger and etc, strategy league features such advantages as enhancing knowledge learning, creating new opportunities and being versatility. The new competition mode and enterprises core force make it necessary for enterprises to take strategy league. |
