| 摘 要： | 随着环境的变化,网络组织模式应运而生,它是适应外界环境变化的一种新型组织模式.从网络组织内在的结构特征和复杂适应系统理论角度对网络组织中企业适应环境的优势和劣势进行了分析,以期让网络组织中的企业根据内外部情况趋利避害,更好地适应外部环境的变化.

| Abstract: | With the changes of environment,network organization model emerged as the times require.Network organization is a new organization model that can well adapt to the changes of external environment.This paper analyzes the advantage and disadvantage of enterprise in network organization adaptiveness to environment from perspectives of complex adaptive system theory and network organization's internal structure character,and the aim is that enterprises in network organization could well adapt to the changes of external environment. |
