| 摘 要： | 从美国高校入学考试和录取方式两方面分析了美国高校招生录取制度的多样化特征，指出这种多样化的高校招生录取制度对我国人才培养和学校教育实践具有重要启示，认为目前我国高等教育应该将普及教育与精英教育相结合，从综合素质教育，选拔人才模式等方面改革高校人才培养策略。

| Abstract: | The diversity of American college and university admission system is analyzed from two aspects： the American college and university entrance examination and the specific admission principles and methods. It is pointed out that the diversity of college and university admission principles and methods make an important enlightenment in Chinese social talent training and school education strategies. Integrating the common and elite education , paying attention to complex overall quality education and utilizing choosing talent mode are listed to reform talent training strategies in colleges and universities. |
