| 摘 要： | 通过统计分析2012年全国男子拳击锦标赛、冠军赛技术指标发现，在拳击竞赛中直拳是击打运用次数最多的一种拳法，提高直拳击打能力并熟练掌握实战的应用技巧，对全面提高竞技能力将起到非常积极的促进作用。从拳击竞赛的角度分析，直拳击打应注重击打的原则、击打的力点、击打的变化等N素，充分发挥“第一拳”的功效，并应在竞赛中克服薄弱环节。

| Abstract: | Straight punch is one of the most frequently used blows in boxing competitions. To improve the straight punch strike ability and master the applied skills in actual fighting will play a positive role in promoting the boxing competition capability comprehensively. From the point of view of boxing competition, we should pay attention to such factors as its principle, point of strength, changes, etc. When using the straight punch strike, thus giving full play to the efficacy of ＂the first punch＂ ,which can help to overcome the weakness in competition. |
