| 摘 要： | 教育软暴力会对学生心理造成严重的伤害,而幼儿园中教育软暴力现象普遍存在。软暴力可能导致幼儿形成负面的心理场、性格偏差以及不良的人际交往方式。促进幼儿教师专业成长、建立有效的"家园沟通机制"、提高幼儿园管理水平和发挥社区的监督作用是消解幼儿园教育软暴力现象的有效途径。

| Abstract: | The mental violence in education bring about serious psychological harm to students,and it is universal in Kindergarten education.The infant may shape negative psychological field,and form wrong character and come into being unwell way about human communication.Effective solutions include promoting profession growth of the infant teacher,establishing effective mechanism to communicate between kindergarten and family,increasing the level of kindergarten management and making the control affection of the community well. |
