| 摘 要： | 图书馆文化的内容包括:建筑设计、设备和环境形象,工作目标、道德准则、人际关系等行为形态,以及图书馆的目的、决策、馆员评价和管理、馆员形象、图书馆人际关系本质等核心文化层。受网络环境的影响,图书馆文化应该变革、发展。网络环境下,应建立团队文化,形成学习型文化氛围,培育以人为本的文化,要弘扬图书馆精神。要在实践中通过教育培训、制度建设等等来塑造图书馆组织文化。参考文献13。

| Abstract: | The contents of library culture include behavior forms, such as architectural desing, en-
vironmental identity, work objectives, ethic codes and human relationships, and core cultural layers,
such as library mission, decision making, evaluation and management of librarians, etc. Library cul-
ture should be developed and transformed under the impact of the networked environment. In this pa-
per, the author discusses these issues in detail. 13 refs. |
