| 摘 要： | 完善中国大学评价指标体系，有必要根据大学的三大功能来设计评价指标及其权重。大学教育是培养人的活动，大学评价指标应把培养人才放在首位；在当前的国际金融危机和大学生就业压力下，要积极地将“为社会服务”纳入评价指标体系之中。

| Abstract: | The improvement of the evaluation indicator system of Chinese Universities entails the consid-eration of the three functions of universities and their respective proportions.Talent cultivation should be given priority since the ultimate goal of university education is to cultivate talent,and the functional evaluation ser-ving the society should be included in the system,in the current context of international financial crisis and the pressure of university students' employment. |
