| 摘 要： | 轮岗实习模式借鉴于岗位轮换制，是实践教学模式的创新。本文就高职汽车营销专业轮岗实习的意义、轮岗实习的模式设计与实践进行了介绍与总结，并对注意事项进行分析，指出轮岗实习模式是适应市场需求的必要模式，并需在实践中不断完善。
