| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆建立了一套相对健全的激励机制，但其激励机制还是比较落后的。本文提出在高校图书馆中构建一整套柔性激励的设想。柔性激励具有敏捷性、适应不同情况的能力，富有灵活性、有韧性等优势。文章中提出了高校图书馆柔性激励的要素构建及相应的实施建议。参考文献5。

This paper proposes the tentative plan to construct a set of flexible motivation in academic libraries, analyzes out its advantages and puts forward its construction of essential factors and the corresponding implementation suggestions. 5 refs. |
