| 摘 要： | 在亚洲冷战体制下,出现了中美苏三角关系的互动。当中苏结盟,中国与美国对抗时希望苏联的支持,与美国缓和时需要美国的诚意;当美苏缓和、中美、中苏关系紧张时,中国的外交就必然面临困境;当中美和解,中苏对抗时,美国则渔翁得利;而当中国奉行独立自主的外交关系时,不再成为美苏冷战的筹码,中国终于摆脱冷战,导致了美苏冷战的终结。从中我们可以得出：和则三利,斗则俱伤。
