| 摘 要： | 音乐专业大学生中有相当部分价值观存在着一定的偏失,目光短浅、急功近利。观念上重专业轻文化,学习上重技巧轻理论,伦理上重个体轻集体,志向上重眼前轻长远。应坚持以德育为主线,指导他们理顺德与才、技能与文化、个人与集体、眼前与长远的辩证关系,树立正确的价值观。

| Abstract: | Students majored in music have some problems in their choosing of values.They tend to pay adequate attention to their major study while give much less effort in studying other courses;they are liable to stress practical techniques but not theories;they emphasize individuality but fail to consider themselves as members of a community.They are short-sighted and do not have a long term planning in their programming of their future. |
