| 摘 要： | 福建省高等职业教育在快速发展进程中遭遇的毕业生就业困境,既有当前就业市场结构性失衡的因素,又有高职院校人才培养质量不高和毕业生就业竞争力低等多种因素。高职教育要顺应海峡西岸经济区建设的需要,找准办学定位,注重内涵建设,切实提高人才培养质量,加强就业指导和政策扶持,这样才能有助于毕业生走出就业困境,更好地为经济和社会发展服务。

| Abstract: | The fact that the higher vocational education in Fujian province suffers a lot from the graduate employment during its fast development is due to both the unbalance of present employment market structure and some other factors such as the low quality of the graduates and the low ability to look for jobs.The higher vocational education should adapt itself to meeting the demands in the construction of the economic zone on the West Coast of Taiwan Straits,position properly on the target of schooling,focus on the improvement of teaching quality,and enhance the guidance in employment and policy surport,so as to help the graduates out of the difficult condition in employment and make a better contribution to the development of economy and society. |
