| 摘 要： | 美国国家数学教师协会在其《学校数学的原则和标准 :讨论稿》(1998)中制定了小学数学的公平原则、课程原则、教学原则、学习原则、评价原则和技术原则。并制定了内容标准和过程标准。这些原则和标准带着先进的观念走入新世纪 ,对我国制定数学课程标准具有一定的启发意义。

| Abstract: | In the work principles and standards for school mathematics: discussion draft, the NCTM constituted a set of six principles: equity principle, mathematical curriculum principle, teaching principle, learning principle, assessment principle and technology principle. It also constituted five content standards and five process standards. These principles and standards hold their advanced ideas and enter the new century,and will produce much positive function for the constituting of standards for our country's primary school mathematics curriculum. |
