| 摘 要： | 以人为本的发展式大学生就业指导模式就是以学生为本，对大学生的素质和能力进行开发、建设与发展，使其潜在的职业能力得以挖掘，现实的职业技能得以改进，合理的人力资源得以配置的指导方式。大学生就业指导教育至少包括择业指导、就业指导、创业指导、从业指导四个方面。

| Abstract: | The university students' employment guidance pattern which takes the people as base is the pattern for the students' quality and ability to be tapped and developed, their potential occupation ability to be digged, their practical occupation skill to be improved and the reasonable manpower resource to be collocated through taking the students as base and tapping, building and de- veloping their quality and ability. The education on the universitystudents' employmentpattern includes atleast fourways: guidance for selecting occupation, obtaining employment, pioneering work and engaging employment. |
