| Abstract: | From the analysis of several main characters in Bone written by Fae Myenne Ng. a contemporary talented Chinese-American novelist, this paper presents us the confusion and conflicts between the first and the second generation in Chinese-American family, reveals the major differences between Chinese culture and American culture and demonstrates how the Chinese-American experience the cultural immigration and integration and eventually recognize their own identity and social genre. |
