| 摘 要： | 依据核心竞争力理论,结合竞技体操项目特点,对竞技体操队核心竞争力的基本特征及影响因素进行分析,确定了竞技体操队核心竞争力评价的指标体系.基于对陕西省竞技体操队核心竞争力的实证研究表明,竞技体操运动队的核心竞争力与其价值性、独特性和系统整合性成正相关,构建的竞技体操队核心竞争力评价体系有效. |

| Abstract: | Based on the t heories on core competitiveness and features of artistic gymnastics , t his paper analyzed t he basic characteristics and influential factor s of core competitiveness of artistic gymnastics team. Index system of t he core competitiveness evaluation was established. The case analysis of core competitiveness of the Shanxi Artistic Gymnastics Team showed that the core competitiveness was cor related to it s value , special feat ure and system integration. The evaluation system was proved to be effective. |
