| 摘 要： | 对于联盟控制方式互动关系,不同学者得出相互矛盾的观点,使得目前对控制方式之间关系的认识模糊.综合两种对立的观点,发现它们均忽视了联盟的过程特征.战略联盟往往持续一定时间,同时还需要根据环境和合作目标的变化做出调整,因此联盟不是一个静态的合作结构,而是不断发展和演化的过程.联盟控制方式也会随联盟的不同阶段、不同环境进行演化.将联盟看作一个动态过程,根据联盟过程特征对联盟控制方式的互动关系进行研究.研究发现:在持续时间较短的联盟中,社会控制和正式控制具有明显的互补性;在持续时间较长的联盟中,社会控制和正式控制是替代的关系.
