| 摘 要： | 民办高校要不断完善内部管理体制和运行机制,是实现其可持续发展的保障,文章采用问卷调查法,针对管理体制、内部治理结构、治理模式、运行机制和教科研运行等方面,对安徽民办高校的内部管理机制进行调查与分析。针对民办高校内部管理机制中存在的问题,提出促进民办高校内部管理机制进一步完善的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Constantly improving the internal management system and operation mechanism is the guarantee to the realization of the sustainable development of private colleges and universities.Using the method of questionnaire survey,this paper investigates and analyzes the internal management mechanism of private higher vocational colleges in Anhui from the aspects of management system,internal governance structure,governance mode,operation mechanism and teaching and scientific research operation.In view of the problems existing in the internal management mechanism of private colleges and universities,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the internal management mechanism of private colleges and universities. |
